Nocturne In Ashes in a variety of formats

I’m thrilled to announce the release of Nocturne In Ashes in eBook and print versions. I’ll be looking at making an audio version as well, but that’s a bit down the road. I’m so excited to get my book into the hands of readers and hope they will fall in love with Riley Forte, her world, and my writing.

It’s the most exquisite experience to find a new book to love…

and author whose work you want to follow. Dick Francis, Ken Follett, Mary Stewart, J.K. Rowling, and so many others have done this for me. I want to do it, too, for my readers. It is my goal to create stories that transport and thrill, taking my readers on a ride they’ll revel in and want to repeat.

Get my book for free!

You can find Nocturne In Ashes on Amazon. Buy a copy now, or wait a few days and pick it up for FREE. During the summer of 2017, the eBook goes on a free promotion from July 25th through the 27th.

I’m asking for your help with something very important.

Any way you get your hands on it—free, paid, Kindle Unlimited—please, please leave a review. Scroll down the page to the yellow box that says “Write a customer review.” Don’t worry if it’s not an Amazon verified review. Reviews are critical in today’s marketplace. Please take a moment to review the book after you’ve read it. I really hope you enjoy the book and give it a glowing review, but even if it didn’t meet your expectations, an honest review is helpful to other readers and to me, as a writer, to get that feedback. Please invest that little bit of time into a better reading experience for more people.

And if you’re going for bonus points of goodness, leave me a review on Goodreads, as well.

Prize-winning story, The Better Part of Valor

I’ve got another prize-winner!

I’m pleased to announce that my short story, The Better Part of Valor, took third place in the Short Fiction Break summer contest. Please swing by to read the story. It’s very short and will only take you five or six minutes to read. Why not read the first and second place stories, as well? It’s a quick and free way to get more story in your day.

This is an exciting day for me!

If you’re excited too, I’d love to hear about it. Let me know in the comments below, and thanks again for being a wonderful reader!
