I’ve never tried to hide the fact that my readers are very important to me. I love stories, and I enjoy writing them, but my motivation for putting in the effort comes from you. I have been touched, surprised, thrilled, moved, and captivated by so many stories in the past and it’s the idea that I may be able to do that for others that keeps me going.

I’m excited to share this bonus with you

My story, “The Better Part of Valor,” won third place a couple years ago in a writing contest sponsored by The Write Practice and was published at Short Fiction Break. I’ve received a lot of positive feedback on the story from other sources as well, so when I decided to create a new audio story, “Valor” seemed like a good choice.

But I really wanted to pair my story with an exceptional narrator, and I think I found just the one. Tyler Angel is very talented and was great to work with. I hope you’ll enjoy listening to “The Better Part of Valor,” and I’ve already started working on the next bonus, a new book project I’m excited about.
